Target Personas

Evaluated data for target customer’s interests and crafted brand personas. Developed “What’s your favorite book” to reflect customer interests and to share book recommendations in the community.

Enriching marketing efforts

Invited customers, influencers and inspiring women to showcase their favorite book. Created assets for various channels: website journal, social media posts and newsletter.
